Order Processing:
- All order placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (except major holidays).
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (Processing time does not include weekend days)
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Orders with Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) will be processed the same day if received by 10am Central Standard Time.
- Priority shipping is only delivered Monday
through Friday.

We will verify
the name and billing address on your order matches the name and address on the
credit card account you've provided for payment of your order. If they do not
match, your order will be delayed so that we may contact you in an effort to
receive the correct information. We may also contact you to verify your
approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.
Sorry we
currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
The US
Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped
by air if they could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. These items
include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans,
fragrances, and nail enamels. We're committed to getting you your order as soon
as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance
with DOT rules. That's why we require orders containing one of these items to
be shipped via Standard Delivery only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted
items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or APO/FPO
addresses. If your order contains one of these items you must choose Standard
Delivery for your order.
Please be
aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be sure of
your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged
or if you receive an incorrect item you must contact our Customer Service Dept, 1-866-504-6925,
within 7 days from the date you received your order. Damaged items must be
unused and have the protective shrink wrap intact. For additional information
regarding Damaged items, please the Damaged Items section listed below.
When your
order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred
during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and
tear, however, if damage occurred to the items in shipment, please contact our
Customer Service Department at 1-866-504-6925 between the hours of 11:00 am.
- 7:00 pm CST. Monday through Saturday. Our customer service representatives
will be happy to assist you. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not
refundable. No Cash Refunds will be issued.
